3. Eligibility

To use ShadowCompass, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

  • Refunds are governed by Google Play or Apple App Store refund policies.

  • Your dream entries and AI analyses are encrypted before storage.
  • We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including text, graphics, icons, trademarks, and software — is the property of Signalmind, Inc. or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the dream content you record in the App.

By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store it for the purpose of providing App functionality (e.g., AI analysis, symbol tracking).

ShadowCompass is not a medical or psychological diagnostic tool.

Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signalmind, Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
  • Loss of data, profits, or emotional distress related to AI-generated insights.

If liability is found, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.
